The Four Stages of Innovation What are Generic and Grand Business Strategies? There are four distinct stages in developing a new life-changing business:
At the Idea Stage, the focus is on developing and clarifying your thinking, and exploring the implications of your new ideas. The Implementation Stage requires that your ideas actually get built and become something useful. In the Infrastructure Stage, you must build an organization around you to market and deliver the results of your ideas and implementation to your customers. Reaching the Integration Stage means that your work and your life become interlaced and interdependent, and they nurture and support each other. Each stage requires a unique way of operating. What worked at an earlier stage doesn’t do the job in a later stage. For example, you may be a great idea person, but can’t seem to get your ideas implemented. Or you may have built a good business infrastructure, but find that you can’t seem to transform that into a Fully Integrated Business. To successfully grow or expand your business, at each stage you must develop:
At SunBridge, we understand this sequencing. We know how to deliver the necessary ingredients at each stage of your growth, step by step.
